About me
I’ve lived many lives in one.
Born in Zimbabwe and raised in South Africa, I left home in my early twenties to explore the world and, ultimately, myself. Over the years, I built a successful engineering career, lived across Europe, Asia, the Caribbean, and now the UK. I became a father, learned new languages, and experienced the highs of ambition and the lows of burnout.
I’ve also faced my shadows including periods of addiction, emotional disconnect, and the slow erosion of meaning that can come with doing everything “right” and still feeling off.
Now, I live with clarity, purpose, and full sobriety. I take care of my body and mind. I show up fully for myself, for my kids, and for the men I work with.
Why I Coach
I coach because I know what it’s like to lose your way and what it takes to come back home to yourself.
My work is for men who feel stuck, numb, or quietly disillusioned with the grind, with outdated ideas of masculinity, or with who they’ve become in the process of “being successful.”
Coaching with me isn’t performance. It’s not hype or hustle.
It’s real support, built on lived experience, emotional intelligence, and honest accountability.
I’m here to help you clear the noise, break the patterns that no longer serve you, and step into the next chapter with strength and purpose.
